No Charges Filed in Death of Woman After Altercation at Indiana Tim Hortons
The Allen County Prosecutor's Office has decided not to file criminal charges in the death of 75-year-old Anita Grayson, who died following an altercation at a Tim Hortons restaurant in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The incident occurred in May when Grayson was involved in a physical confrontation with an employee. She later became unresponsive and died. The coroner determined that Grayson died from congestive heart failure, which occurred in the context of the altercation, but the altercation itself was not deemed the cause of death.
