This phenomenon is not new, as similar trends have occurred in the past with other celebrities. The trend is partly driven by the World Cup's influence and the admiration for soccer players. In Mexico, a viral birth certificate showed a baby girl named after multiple soccer stars, reflecting the cultural impact of the sport. Despite Peru not qualifying for the tournament, the influence of international soccer stars remains strong.
