Aldi to Upgrade Four Scottish Stores as Part of UK Investment
Aldi has announced plans to upgrade four of its stores in Scotland this summer, as part of a £300 million investment program aimed at enhancing its UK estate. The stores in Musselburgh, Montrose, Polmont, and Aberdeen will undergo renovations to create more shopping space and introduce sustainable features like energy-efficient fridge doors and natural refrigerants. These upgrades are part of Aldi's broader strategy to improve customer experience and support sustainability goals. The initiative is part of a larger plan to upgrade 25 locations across the UK, including major cities like Liverpool, London, and Manchester.
