The new model, Muse Glimmer, is designed to run on personal computers, while a more powerful version, Muse Spark 1.2, is also available. Zuckerberg's manifesto outlines the benefits of open-source AI and policy recommendations to maintain U.S. competitiveness, particularly against China.
