Hills Snyder's 'Strays' Exhibition Opens at Amarillo Museum of Art, Showcasing Five Decades of Work
The Amarillo Museum of Art (AMoA) is currently hosting 'Hills Snyder: Strays (1973-2026),' an exhibition featuring 33 works spanning over 50 years from the San Antonio-based artist. The collection, described by Snyder as 'one-off works' born from 'fugitive circumstance or perhaps made in response to random stimuli,' offers a diverse look into his artistic journey.
