Adani Foundation Launches Women Empowerment Initiative in Madhya Pradesh
The Adani Foundation has initiated a significant women empowerment project in the Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh, India. This project involves the establishment of a large-scale garment training and production center in the Badrwas block. The initiative aims to provide skills training and job opportunities to 1,500 rural women, promoting self-reliance and economic independence. The center is part of a broader effort by the foundation to enhance women's participation in the workforce and support community development.
