Cleveland Clinic's $1.1 Billion Neurological Institute Nears Completion, Set to Open in 2027
Cleveland Clinic is nearing the completion of its $1.1 billion Neurological Institute, which is expected to open in early 2027. This 14-story facility, located at 2083 E. 89th St., will be the largest and most expensive building in the Clinic's history. The institute will feature four outpatient floors, four inpatient floors, and a surgery floor. Designed by Hopkins Architects and Stantec, Inc., with Turner Construction as the general contractor, the project is part of a broader expansion that includes the construction of two large parking garages. The East Garage will have 1,500 spaces, and the West Garage will have 2,500 spaces. The demolition of the Clinic's OS building is underway to make room for the East Garage.
