Sentient OS, an on-device AI system, is designed to manage personal tasks by processing data overnight on Apple Silicon Macs. Operating without cloud dependency, it updates users' knowledge bases and prepares tasks for the morning. The system runs on macOS 15 or later and requires no user accounts, ensuring privacy by keeping all data on the device. The AI reads and processes various personal data sources, such as emails and messages, to offer proactive task management. The system is open-source, allowing users to verify its operations.
