Hesperia Library Hosts Car Show Celebrating Route 66 Centennial
The San Bernardino County Library is organizing its first-ever Read, Write & Cruise Car Show on August 8, 2026, at the Hesperia Branch Library. This event is a free community gathering aimed at celebrating the upcoming centennial of the historic Route 66. The car show will feature a variety of classic automobiles, custom builds, and unique vehicles, allowing attendees to admire these cars and meet their owners. The event will also include live music by Arena Red, food vendors, and interactive stations hosted by local departments and community organizations. Vehicle owners are encouraged to register their cars for the show, which promises to be a day filled with entertainment and family-friendly activities.
