Campaign Legal Center Launches Podcast Season on Threats to Rule of Law, Including Presidential Pardons
The Campaign Legal Center (CLC) has launched the sixth season of its award-winning podcast, 'Democracy Decoded,' focusing on threats to the rule of law in America. The new season will explore critical constitutional questions, including the separation of powers, the role of the Department of Justice, presidential pardons, political dissent, citizenship, and safeguarding upcoming elections. The premiere episode specifically examines how the current administration is allegedly eroding constitutional safeguards through executive actions, with discussions featuring NYU law professor Melissa Murray, retired federal judge Michael Luttig, and CLC's Brent Ferguson. Future episodes will include insights from former U.S. attorney Joyce White Vance and former U.S. pardon attorney Liz Oyer.
