The incident, involving a robot named Matador, occurred when it was struck by another robot, White Eagle. Despite losing its head, Matador continued to fight briefly before collapsing. The event, organized by EngineAI, aimed to demonstrate advances in robotics but also fueled debates over the future of AI and autonomous weapons.
