Huntington Beach Students Curate 'Creative Visions' Art Exhibition
High school students from the Huntington Beach Union High School District are actively involved in curating the 'Creative Visions' exhibition at the Huntington Beach Art Center. The exhibition, running through May 23, features artwork from students across six comprehensive high schools and one alternative school. Students have been given significant input in the organization of the show, following eight weeks of instruction on theme development, jurying, and artist statements. Each school has its own theme and designated area within the exhibition, emphasizing student ownership and creativity.
