Anthropic Introduces Reflect Dashboard to Manage Claude Chatbot Usage
Anthropic has launched a new feature called the Reflect dashboard for its Claude chatbot, aimed at helping users manage their time spent on the platform. The dashboard offers tools similar to Spotify Wrapped and Apple's Screen Time, allowing users to set break reminders and quiet hours. Break reminders can be customized to prompt users to take breaks after specific intervals, such as every 15, 30, or 45 minutes. Quiet hours can be set to block usage during certain times of the day, with different settings available for each day of the week. This initiative is part of Anthropic's effort to promote a healthier relationship with technology by preventing overuse of the chatbot.
