Lawyer Alleges Foul Play in Death of NYC Fashion Designer on Montauk Yacht
A lawyer representing the family of Martha Nolan-O'Slatarra, a New York City fashion designer, claims that her death on a yacht in Montauk was not due to a drug overdose as initially believed. The lawyer, Michael Bowe, asserts that the scene was cleaned before police arrived and that a second autopsy suggests she did not die from intoxicants. The family plans to file a $50 million wrongful death lawsuit against the yacht's owner, Christopher Durnan, alleging assault and negligence.
