Comcast beats estimates on sports boost, easing broadband losses
April 23 (Reuters) - Comcast topped Wall Street expectations for the first quarter on Thursday, as a blockbuster sports lineup boosted subscriber growth and engagement, while its core broadband business lost fewer customers than anticipated.
