Rainfall totals could add up to 2 inches by the end of the weekend, helping to address the ongoing drought, which has resulted in a cumulative deficit of 22.92 inches since 2024. Sunday may see a mix of heavier rain in the morning, followed by drier conditions in the afternoon with a chance of spotty showers. Temperatures are expected to gradually warm into the 70s°F (21-26°C) by Memorial Day, though the risk of rain will persist.
