Nevada Adventure Center Set to Open, Boosting Outdoor Tourism
The Nevada Adventure Center, located on the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce property, is set to open on October 7. This center will house over a dozen outdoor tour companies, offering services such as e-bike rentals, helicopter tours, and day trips to Lake Mead and Lake Mohave. The initiative is a collaborative effort involving the state, federal government, and local entities, aiming to enhance outdoor recreational tourism in Nevada. The center will employ 29 people and collaborate with a bus service to facilitate transportation from Las Vegas resorts. The project is part of a broader strategy to diversify Nevada's tourism beyond its traditional focus on gambling and entertainment.
