The AI agents are integrated with the airport's SharePoint repositories, allowing staff to quickly access standard operating procedures (SOPs) during incidents. This integration aims to streamline the response process for various scenarios, such as runway mishaps and passenger medical emergencies. The AI system also assists in preparing shift incident reports for senior leaders, reducing the workload on staff who often face fatigue from long shifts.
