According to CBS News Philadelphia, the upcoming week will see temperatures soaring into the 80s, with potential record highs reaching the 90s by mid-week. The weekend will start with sunny skies and temperatures in the mid-60s, providing a comfortable atmosphere for outdoor activities. However, the humidity will remain low, which may lead to increased static electricity. An elevated fire danger is also noted for areas north and west of the city. Cooler conditions are expected along the shore due to south winds crossing cooler ocean waters. The week will generally be dry, although isolated showers are possible on Monday, Wednesday night, and Thursday.
