Trump Administration Appeals Court Ruling Blocking Pentagon's AI Action Against Anthropic

The ruling was criticized by Pentagon officials, who argue it hampers military operations. The case is now set to be reviewed by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, with a deadline for the Justice Department to submit their arguments by April 30.
