Philanthropy Asia Summit Highlights Need for Cross-Sector Collaboration to Address Social Impact

Siti Kamariah Ahmad Subki from Yayasan Hasanah highlighted the need for philanthropy to rebalance its investment portfolios in response to these challenges. Initiatives like the Emirates Foundation's effort to reduce food waste, aligned with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, were cited as examples of successful cross-sector collaboration. The panel underscored the importance of the '4P' partnership—public, private, and philanthropic sectors—to drive long-term impact.
