USDA-Funded Initiative Launches to Boost Napa Valley Farmers Markets
A new initiative, supported by the USDA Farmers Market Promotion Program, has been launched to unite six California Certified Farmers Markets in Napa Valley. This collaboration aims to enhance local agriculture by increasing public awareness and supporting small family farms. The initiative includes the Napa Farmers Market, Kaiser Napa Farmers Market, Yountville Farmers Market, St. Helena Farmers Market, Farmstead Farmers Market, and Calistoga Farmers Market. These markets will benefit from expanded outreach and marketing efforts, showcasing the farmers, growers, food producers, artisans, and small businesses that are integral to Napa Valley's agricultural economy. The initiative also introduces a new website, FarmersMarketsofNV.org, which serves as a central resource for discovering market locations, hours, and vendor highlights.
