Americans Express AI Fatigue Despite Widespread Use, Survey Shows
A survey by Talker Research reveals that a majority of Americans are experiencing fatigue from the widespread use of artificial intelligence (AI). The survey, which polled 2,000 U.S. adults, found that 54% are tired of hearing about AI, with 46% feeling it is nearly impossible to escape. Despite its omnipresence, 40% of respondents view AI positively, while 30% have a negative perception. The survey also highlights that 69% of Americans use AI to some extent, with varying frequencies. Additionally, 48% believe AI has only partially met their expectations, while 30% feel it has fully met them. The survey indicates a growing desire among some Americans to distance themselves from AI, with 41% considering ways to 'escape' the technology.
