Virgin Australia Expands 'Pets in Cabin' Service to Adelaide
Virgin Australia has announced the expansion of its 'Pets in Cabin' service to include flights from Adelaide, starting June 23, 2026. This service, which allows passengers to travel with their small pets in the cabin, was first introduced in October 2025 and has seen significant demand, with nearly 1,500 pets having flown since its inception. The expansion to Adelaide is part of Virgin Australia's strategy to enhance customer experience by offering more flexible travel options. The service is available on several routes, including Adelaide to Melbourne and the Gold Coast, and is expected to further expand in the coming months.
