This three-year agreement aims to create a unified platform across the VA, enhancing data integration and collaboration tools to reduce administrative burdens. The initiative is part of the Veterans First mandate, which seeks to improve service delivery to veterans. Salesforce's Missionforce platform will serve as the foundation for this transformation, providing AI-powered support and 24/7 care coordination. The VA, which serves over 17 million veterans, aims to streamline operations and improve care delivery through this partnership.
