Israel has been identified as a strong candidate for this project due to its expertise in cyber, intelligence, military technology, and applied AI. The base would host research and development, major server infrastructure, and potentially advanced semiconductor production. The strategic goal is to create protected zones where trusted allies can collaborate on AI without risking exposure to technology theft.
