Judy S. Coulter's Passing Marks a Loss for Normantown Community

Judy S. Coulter, a long-time resident of the Normantown Community, passed away on August 8, 2026, at the age of 79. Born in Jacksonville, Florida, she moved to Georgia in 1968 and spent most of her life in Toombs and Tattnall Counties. Coulter was known for her work as a Data Quality Review Coordinator at Principle Health Care and was an active member of the Lyons Free Will Baptist Church. She was deeply involved in her community, known for her phone ministry and sending cards to people. Coulter is survived by her daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her funeral service is scheduled for August 11, 2026, at Lyons Free Will Baptist Church.
