Jack Schlossberg Leads Poll in New York's 12th District Congressional Race
Jack Schlossberg, the grandson of former President John F. Kennedy, is leading in a new poll for the Democratic primary in New York's 12th District congressional race. The poll, conducted by Hart Research and sponsored by Assemblymember Alex Bores, shows Schlossberg with 22% support among likely voters, ahead of Bores at 19% and Assemblymember Micah Lasher at 14%. The race is for the seat being vacated by retiring Democratic Representative Jerry Nadler in Manhattan, a district known for its strong Democratic leanings. Schlossberg, who has gained a social media following, is considered a rising star in the Democratic Party. The poll surveyed 404 likely voters from March 9-13, 2026.
