The annual concert event 'A Capitol Fourth' will be held a day earlier than usual, on July 3, to kick off the weekend celebrations for the 250th anniversary of the United States. This event, taking place on the west lawn of the Capitol, will be broadcast on public television stations and feature country music artist Trace Adkins, who will debut his new song 'American Made,' celebrating American patriotism and achievements. The concert will air from 8 p.m. ET to 9:30 p.m. ET and will also be available on the Armed Forces Network, YouTube, and video-on-demand from July 3 to July 17. The full lineup is yet to be announced, but it will include performances by Jack Everly with the National Symphony Orchestra. The event will conclude with a fireworks display from Mount Vernon, the historic home of George Washington.
