City of Bozeman Seeks Proposals for Nuisance Abatement Services to Address Code Violations
The City of Bozeman is inviting proposals from firms to conduct nuisance abatement services for properties violating the Bozeman Municipal Code. This initiative targets private properties, both improved and vacant, where violations such as abandoned vehicles, junk, and unsecured vacant properties are present. The city will notify property owners of violations and allow time for remediation before proceeding with abatement. The Request for Proposals (RFP) does not obligate the city to enter into any agreements or cover expenses incurred by respondents. The process is governed by Montana state laws, and proposals must comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Submissions are due by August 20, 2026, and must be sent as a single PDF file to the city’s procurement email.
