United Airlines Flight Diverted After Attempted Cockpit Breach by Unruly Passenger
A United Airlines flight traveling from Chicago to Minneapolis was diverted to Madison, Wisconsin, after an unruly passenger attempted to breach the cockpit. The incident occurred late on a Friday, prompting a response from the FBI and local police. The passenger was detained by law enforcement at Dane County Regional Airport. Despite the disruption, the flight, which carried 147 passengers and six crew members, continued to its destination in Minneapolis without any reported injuries. The FBI confirmed that the passenger was taken into custody by the local sheriff's office, and the situation was resolved without further incident.
