Southeastern Health and Wellness Institute, a postsecondary institution in South Carolina founded by Courtney Sykes, has officially transitioned from offering clock-hour career education to providing degree-granting higher education. This milestone makes it the only female-founded private postsecondary institution in South Carolina to achieve such a transition.
