Organized by the Jerusalem Municipality, the Israeli Building Center, and the Jerusalem Development Authority, the event aims to highlight the city's rapid development and offer residential opportunities. Mayor Moshe Lion's strategic plan to build 8,300 new housing units annually is central to transforming Jerusalem into a modern city with affordable housing. The expo will feature real estate developers presenting projects at pre-sale prices, emphasizing Jerusalem's role as a national and personal anchor for Jews worldwide.
