Patricia Robinson, a 90-year-old woman, experienced an unexpected adventure when her flight to Kelowna was canceled due to thick wildfire smoke in British Columbia. Stranded at the Calgary airport, Robinson met Quinn Sedmak and Tanner Salewich, two strangers who decided to rent a car and drive to Kelowna. The trio embarked on a seven-hour road trip through the Rocky Mountains, sharing stories and laughter along the way. The journey, which could have been a travel nightmare, turned into a memorable experience for Robinson, who described it as a 'special gift.'
