Her role at Mill Town Capital involves leading projects across the company's recreation and hospitality portfolio, with a focus on aligning business growth with community needs in the Berkshires. Previously, McLaughlin held the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives at Berkshire Community College, where she was instrumental in developing the institution's strategic plan and advancing workforce development programs.
