Robert Eugene Goodpaster, aged 82, passed away peacefully in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, on August 3, 2026. Born on July 13, 1944, in Louisville, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Samuel and Jessie Coppage Goodpaster. A visitation will be held at Murfreesboro Funeral Home on August 7, 2026, followed by a service in the chapel. Interment will take place at Leeville Cemetery in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, with Bro.
