Boulder, CO: Meadow Music Returns with Nature-Themed Concerts for Kids
Meadow Music, a beloved summer tradition in Boulder, Colorado, is returning for its 22nd season. This free outdoor concert series, held at Chautauqua Park, combines live music with nature-themed activities designed for families and children. The event kicks off on Monday, June 1, 2026, and runs through July 18, 2026. Each concert features original music, engaging skits, costume changes, and interactive audience participation. Before the music begins, families can enjoy a short, toddler-friendly hike along a 0.2-mile nature loop, where children are encouraged to search for the 'animal and color of the week.' The concerts are scheduled for Monday evenings at 5:30 p.m., with a special finale on Saturday, July 18, at 9:30 a.m., focusing on sustainability themes.
