Developed by chef Dinesh Kumar, who has extensive experience in both India and Australia, the menu aims to provide an authentic and contemporary taste of Indian cuisine. It features a variety of dishes, including aloo paratha and lamb vindaloo, and is tailored for different event formats such as buffet breakfasts, lunches, and multi-course gala dinners. The menu highlights the use of high-quality local Australian produce while celebrating regional Indian flavors.
