Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre Launches Indian Event Experiences Menu to Cater to Growing Indian Delegates
The Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) has introduced a new culinary offering called the Event Experiences for India menu. This initiative is designed to cater to the increasing number of Indian delegates visiting Melbourne. Developed by chef Dinesh Kumar, who has extensive experience in both India and Australia, the menu aims to provide an authentic and contemporary taste of Indian cuisine. It features a variety of dishes, including aloo paratha and lamb vindaloo, and is tailored for different event formats such as buffet breakfasts, lunches, and multi-course gala dinners. The menu highlights the use of high-quality local Australian produce while celebrating regional Indian flavors.
