GEDA Small Grants Program Offers Funding for Gender and Environment Data Projects
The Gender and Environment Data Alliance (GEDA) has opened applications for its 2026-2027 Small Grants Program, offering up to USD $15,000 to organizations working at the intersection of gender equality, environmental sustainability, and climate action. The program aims to enhance the collection and application of gender-environment data to support inclusive climate policies and empower community-driven solutions. Successful applicants will also participate in the GEDA Data Fellowship, a six-month program to build skills in data analysis and policy advocacy. The initiative seeks to improve access to gender and environmental data, identify knowledge gaps, and promote gender-just approaches to environmental governance. The program emphasizes projects that amplify marginalized voices and support locally led research methodologies.
