Norwich University Opens Cyber Fusion Center Funded by Retired Senator Patrick Leahy
Norwich University has officially opened its new Cyber Fusion Research and Development Center, a 13,000-square-foot facility designed to integrate cybersecurity, advanced computing, artificial intelligence, and research. The center aims to foster multidisciplinary collaboration among students, faculty, researchers from the Norwich University Applied Research Institutes (NUARI), and partners from industry, government, and the military. The funding for this state-of-the-art facility, totaling $16.4 million, was secured through congressional-directed spending by retired U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy.
