The teacher will advocate for the gifted/talented program, provide enrichment experiences, and collaborate with other teachers to offer specialized instruction and differentiated programs. Key responsibilities include serving as a resource for all stakeholders (students, parents, educators, administrators), promoting staff professional development, and staying updated on current research in the field. The role also involves ensuring compliance with exceptional student education plans, collecting data to monitor student progress, and maintaining positive communication with families. The anticipated salary range is $50,573 to $65,000 per year, with eligibility for a performance bonus.
