World Governments Summit and WTTC Forge Partnership to Enhance Global Travel and Tourism
The World Governments Summit Organisation and the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing cooperation between governments and the private sector in the travel and tourism industry. This collaboration seeks to develop future-ready tourism policies and support sustainable growth across the global sector. The partnership establishes a framework for cooperation, focusing on exchanging knowledge, international best practices, and supporting joint initiatives. Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Chairman of the World Governments Summit, emphasized the importance of such partnerships in empowering governments to anticipate future transformations. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Mohammad Yousef Al Sharhan, Managing Director of the World Governments Summit Organisation, and Gloria Guevara, President and CEO of the WTTC.
