City of Rome Recognizes Employees for October Service Anniversaries
The City of Rome, Georgia, is celebrating its employees' service anniversaries for the month of October. A total of 66 employees are being recognized, collectively representing 746 years of service to the city and its residents. Among those honored, seven employees have dedicated over 20 years to the city: Clete Bonney (Fire) and Troy Brock (Fire) both with 36 years, Margaret Hollingsworth (Public Works Administration) with 31 years, Tim Williamson (Solid Waste) with 28 years, Tim Garrett (Solid Waste) with 23 years, and Tony Davis (Landfill) and Jeff Williams (Solid Waste) each with 22 years. The recognition extends to employees celebrating various milestones, including 19, 17, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 year of service. This initiative highlights the city's appreciation for the dedication and talent of its workforce.
