Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has launched an investigation into Lululemon over potential claims that the company’s activewear contains toxic 'forever chemicals,' despite Lululemon's denial of these allegations. The investigation aims to determine if Lululemon misled consumers about the safety and health impacts of its products. Lululemon, which markets itself as a wellness and sustainability-focused brand, is accused of possibly using synthetic materials linked to health issues such as endocrine disruption and cancer. The company has stated that it phased out the use of PFAS, a type of 'forever chemical,' in fiscal year 2023 and is cooperating with the investigation.
