Stake and ACE Company Launch Secondary Market for UAE Fractional Real Estate
Stake, a leading digital real estate investment platform in the MENA region, has partnered with ACE & Company, a global investment group, to develop a secondary market for fractional real estate in the UAE. This collaboration aims to enhance liquidity and transparency for investors using Stake's products. The initiative will initially focus on Stake's real estate portfolio within the UAE, utilizing Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) in the Dubai International Financial Centre. The partnership seeks to create a more efficient marketplace by combining Stake's innovative access model with ACE & Company's expertise in private market investing.
