Colorado Experiences Significant Snowfall During April Showers

According to Denver7, areas like Roxborough Park and Woodland Park received up to 6 inches of snow, while Denver International Airport recorded 3.5 inches. This snowfall follows one of the warmest and driest winters on record, marking a significant weather shift. The National Weather Service reported these totals as of 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, with the sun already beginning to melt the snow. The snowfall was widespread, affecting numerous locations, including Blue Valley, Kittredge, and Evergreen, with totals ranging from 6.2 inches to 5.5 inches.
