Representative Nathaniel Moran Addresses Elder Fraud and Credit Union Priorities in Texas
Representative Nathaniel Moran (R-TX) recently participated in a tour of the Federal Crimes Intelligence Center in Tyler, Texas, alongside representatives from Red River Credit Union and TEXAR Federal Credit Union. During this visit, Moran was briefed on the prevalence of fraud affecting credit union members, with a particular focus on elder fraud schemes that disproportionately impact older individuals. This engagement was part of a broader initiative by America’s Credit Unions, Leagues, and individual credit unions to connect with members of Congress during the August recess.
