The CrossInk firmware, a personal fork of the CrossPoint Reader, has introduced several new features aimed at improving the reading experience on Xteink X3/X4 devices. This update includes new reader fonts, customizable reading stats, and enhanced control remapping options. Users can now enjoy improved typography with fonts like Lexend Deca and Bitter, designed for better readability on e-ink screens. The firmware also supports syncing reading progress between devices and offers customizable auto page turn intervals. These enhancements are part of a broader effort to maintain system stability while adding user-friendly features.
