Ivory Foundation Launches Affordable Housing Community in Lehi to Address Rising Costs
The Ivory Foundation has inaugurated a new affordable housing community, Innovation Park, in Lehi, Utah. This development includes 239 townhomes offered at the median income level, aiming to provide affordable housing amidst rising home prices. The project, costing over $72 million, is part of a broader effort to increase housing supply in response to high demand. The foundation also opened the Rippy Literacy Center, offering free reading and math classes for K-4 students. Governor Spencer Cox highlighted the importance of increasing housing supply to manage rising costs, while First Lady Abby Cox emphasized the significance of literacy education.
