Ovation's Boardwalk Residences Completion Marks New Phase in $1 Billion Development
The Boardwalk Residences, part of the $1 billion Ovation development in Newport, Kentucky, have been completed after nearly four years of construction. The luxury condominium community, consisting of three buildings with 88 units, is now about 80% sold. The development, led by Corporex, aims to provide residents with easy access to urban amenities in Newport and downtown Cincinnati. Jeff Nelson, a resident, highlighted the benefits of reduced commute times and increased community engagement. The next phase of the Ovation project will focus on mixed-use residential towers, although no construction timeline has been announced.
